They used to. They were called 3-wheelers, and too many morons...er, people broke their necks, spleens, arms, legs, or died...so they quit making them.
No, I want a an ol skool blue and red plastic big wheel with the brake handle so you can spin out. and I want it big enough so a fat ass like me can ride it.
